I have friends who experienced it firsthand, 

describing to me, the horrors and heartbreak...

What I am trying to remember is the outpouring of support and love,

as this country came together. 

Why does it take this kind of disaster for us all to come together in support?

I think if we all remembered how precious life is, and how 

easily our lives can be taken away, we would all be less judgemental, and separated...
